Group Training

Personal training in a small group is also very popular. Giving the opportunity to meet new people, train in the fresh air and experience the fun with others. It also means you can spread the cost through the group making it affordable for everyone.

Your options are to join a currently established group or start up your own group with some friends. Sessions will be tailor made to suit the groups goals and can incorporate boxing, kettle bells, body weight training and medicine ball work to name a few.

Group sizes are from 2 people to a max of 6 people, therefore the sessions will be extremely focused on you, your technique and gaining amazing results. I will take on new groups within the central Bristol area and a 10mile radius.

Classes & Small Group PT

  • EARLY MORNING BOOTCAMP – Mon/Wed/Fri 6.30am, Greville Smyth Park, Ashton BS3. £60 for 12 sessions within a 4 week block, plus nutritional planning. Booked through Bristol Bootcamp company,  http://www.bristolbootcampcompany.co.uk
  • EVENING FITNESS CLASS – Wednesday 6.30pm, Victoria Park, BS3, £5 per class when booked in blocks of 4, or £7 pay as you go contact me before to get the meeting point information, runs all year round)
  • SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING – Thursday 7pm, Redcatch Park, BS4, £5 per session paid in 8 week blocks – GROUP CURRENTLY OPEN (contact me to get more details)
  • SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING – Friday 6pm, Greville Smyth Park, BS3, £5 per session paid in 8 weeks blocks – GROUP CURRENTLY OPEN (contact me to get more details)
              Bring water to all classes and where suitable clothing for exercise. Most                     importantly enjoy your workout.
